Dr.Dt. Gülay Çakır
Born in 1993 in Konak/Izmir, Gülay ÇAKIR first began her university education in 2011 with Chemical Engineering, and in 2018 successfully completed her Dentistry degree at Marmara University, earning the title of Dentist. She later completed her PhD in the Department of Prosthodontics at the same university.
Her doctoral thesis focused on implant-supported monolithic zirconia crowns, which was accepted for international publication. By attending numerous congresses, symposiums, and seminars both in Turkey and abroad, she has continuously improved herself and continues her professional work in the field.
After graduation, she has embraced esthetic and minimally invasive dentistry. She works with the principle of protecting oral health while closely following up-to-date treatment options.
Her professional interests include smile design, laminate veneers and zirconia crowns, implant-supported prostheses (all-on-4 & all-on-6 hybrid prostheses), all removable dentures, teeth whitening, temporomandibular joint disorders caused by teeth grinding, and botox applications, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach.
